Let’s get our hands dirty! Are you ready to take your pottery skills to the next level? Join us in our Plaster Molds for Pottery workshop (Level 1) on April 27 from 10 am to 2 pm. Ava will be holding a series of workshops covering the making of plaster molds from beginner to advanced.  Whether you’re a creative ceramicist wanting to learn a new skill or a pottery business owner looking to elevate your practice and stand out, this opportunity is for you! This workshop will include presentations on: - Types of plaster molds - Undercuts - Required material - Plaster molds for your pottery business  - And other tips and tricks - Safety And hands-on demonstrations - Making a 1 piece Slip Cast Mold from start to finish (hands on) - Demonstration of making a 1 piece Slip Cast Mold from start to finish  - Demonstration of making a simple 2 piece Slip Cast Mold from start to finish  - Demonstration of making a 1 piece Drape Mold from start to finish - Ava will also show how to use each one of the slip cast, drape and press molds Included in the workshop is plaster, buckets, and all other materials needed to create a mold. This workshop is perfect for beginners- no experience needed This workshop is part I in a series of mold-making workshops. This 4 hour workshop includes a 30 minute break for lunch.
